Prints, Products and Shipping Update

In an effort to provide the very best in quality products to clients we have introduced a new line of No-touch (non color corrected) prints from the pro lab. These prints will be printed as is, without color correction and will completely replace our current economy lab offering. We had hoped to introduce this enhancement gradually but unfortunately, our current economy lab provider Qualex, a Kodak wholly owned subsidiary is closing their doors, pushing us to move forward quickly.

If you are using an economy price group, it has been updated to reflect the new no touch print product and new pricing will be reflected. Your markups remain the same in the system but we recommend you login and have a look at your final prices that may be affected. We have limited the price increase to the 4X6 (including 3.5X5 and 4X5) prints that will now be 29 cents. Many of the other prints sizes are benefiting from a price reduction. Please login to the site to see all the current No-touch print pricing. Note that the product you receive with No-touch will be of significantly higher quality than what had come from Qualex. The paper will be Fuji crystal Archive and the packaging will be the same high end quality as what comes from the pro lab. For the ultimate in professional prints we still recommend the Color corrected option.

If you are currently using the pro lab, none of your print prices will be affected.

All the current gifting products including books and cards were coming from the economy lab. All of our gifting products will now be produced and shipped from the pro lab. Many of the new products are significantly better in quality and will now benefit from a superior print process that includes color correction and a human operator's personal verification. All gifting products will also now be packaged with the pro lab high end packaging process virtually eliminating damage and ensuring a high end quality presentation.

We are pleased to announce that notable upgrades are seen with the new museum mount gallery wraps. Our new line of windowed books, flip books and 12 month calendars also see significant improvements in quality. We have managed to introduce a new shipping calculator that will apply a tiered shipping price based on the orders contents. This has allowed us to reduce the base shipping price to $3.49 anywhere in the US. Click here to see all rates.
