Organizing Event Albums and Groups

  1. Go to and log into your account. If you are unsure how to log in, see Logging In.
  2. Click on the "Event Albums" tab for a dropdown with more options.
  3. Click on the “Organize Albums” link.
  4. Select one or more event albums and/or groups you would like to move by clicking on the tick box located under each event album or group’s thumbnail image.
    • You may quickly select all event albums and groups by clicking on the “All” link found above the thumbnail images.
    • You may de-select all albums and/or groups quickly by clicking on the “None” found above the thumbnail images.
    • To select sub groups, click on the group where the sub group(s) are located. The page will reload with the group's contents.
  5. Once one or more event albums and/or groups are selected, you can either move their position by clicking the dotted line towards the left of the desired album/group which will change the order of your album/group’s through your online storefront, or use the scroll down menu on the right of the "Move Selected To" tab to choose the album/group’s new destination.
    • Note: You can only move event albums and groups into other event groups.
  6. Changes made to the position of event albums and/or groups are saved automatically however a change in destination requires you to click on "Move Selected To" in order to complete the process once a new destination is selected.
